Did you plan on sleeping in an extra cozy hour this Sunday to take advantage of the good (fall back) as opposed to the evil (spring forward) aspect of Daylight Savings Time? Did you awaken to fetid breath fanning your face and a piercing yowl prizing you from your blissful slumber? Then perhaps you have a cat.

Cats acknowledge no scheme by which the hours of their being fed and/or their awakening humans to pet them and otherwise do their bidding will be altered to a later schedule — fall back, schmallback! Happy November 1st!
